The winter in the north is extremely cold. People in ancient times were afraid that their ears would freeze off. So, he started eating food shaped like ears - this is "dumplings". These cultures are completely different from Japan. Everyone said that this event was a good opportunity to deeply experience the Chinese winter solstice solar term.

After that, everyone couldn't wait to make dumplings. While watching the master's demonstration, he carefully rolled out the dough and wrapped the meat filling.
